One of the highlights of the past year was the creation of biographical sketches of members to get to know more about each of us beyond our Civitan commitments. Our focus for fiscal year 2021-22 is on Civitan International Impact Areas with speakers aligned with the international calendar. We will participate in February's Clergy Appreciation recognition for the second time. May will bring a Mother's Day Tea party.
We support the Alzheimer Association "Walk to End Alzheimer's" and other local groups' efforts to fund the ongoing fight against neurological and developmental disabilities. In November we will assist at the Nevada Childhood Cancer Association gala. This is a long-standing club tradition.
